How does your process work?
We are committed to going the extra mile with a hassle-free car buying experience - which is why 100% of our purchase process is designed to happen online! After choosing a car, you’ll need to upload a few documents - including a copy of your Georgia driver’s license, proof of insurance, financing documentation (if applicable), and a utility bill (for identity confirmation purposes). You’ll also need to place a refundable deposit online, which holds the vehicle for seven days. For the remaining balance due on the car, we’ll accept either an online bank payment through Stripe, or you can provide a financing method from your preferred lender. Once all documents are signed, including the Vehicle Sales Agreement, and payment is confirmed - our team will help schedule your delivery!
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept secure ACH online payments from your bank, in addition to financing from third parties. After placing your refundable deposit online, you can then choose how you wish to pay off the remaining balance. If you wish to pay the remaining balance via your bank with ACH, our team will generate and email you an invoice, where you can pay securely online. If your purchase includes financing through a lender or bank, we’ll ask you to upload your financing pre-approval letter from your preferred lender or mail your certified bank check to Flexdrive, if applicable. We’ll then reach out to your preferred lender to finalize payment and arrange for your certificate of title to be delivered by the State of Georgia to your lender.
How does delivery work?
Good news - the total price you see listed with each car includes delivery! Our Support Team will schedule your delivery with our preferred carrier, RunBuggy, after you complete your purchase. We’ll just need your name and preferred delivery dates. At this time, we are limited to delivery within the state of Georgia. You will need to be physically present at the time of delivery with your valid Georgia driver’s license. Vehicle delivery takes place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m ET. Our goal is to have each of our cars delivered in as little as 3 business days!
What is your return policy?
Flexdrive is proud to offer a 7-day/300-mile return policy beginning on the day you receive your car. Within 7 days of delivery, you can reach out to our Support Team via email, chat, or phone call to let them know you wish to return the car. Please provide your order number, a photo of your odometer, interior and exterior photos of the car, and your reason for returning. When the return is finalized, we’ll arrange for a pickup from your location within 5 business days of your request. Once we receive the car and ensure all conditions for a return have been met, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days - depending on your bank.
Can I test drive or see a car before purchasing?
Flexdrive is proud to offer a seamless, online buying process for your convenience. While we do not offer test drives, our car listings include videos and 360-viewing options to showcase the car’s condition. Each listing also includes an Autocheck report with additional details. Once the purchase is complete and all paperwork is signed, your car will be shipped directly to you in as little as 3 business days. Once you receive the car, you’ll have 7 days to decide if you’ve found the right fit! Please review our Return Policy for full details.
How do titles & registrations work?
Registration requirements vary by state. In Georgia, we’ll submit an application on your behalf using Georgia’s online process after the 7-day return window - and no more than 30 days from purchase. Your car will arrive with a temporary tag, and your permanent license plate will be mailed to you by the State of Georgia at the address on file once registration is complete. Much like the registration process, we’ll promptly file the title application using Georgia’s online process after the 7-day return period ends. Then, the State of Georgia will send the title to the designated person on the application - which may be you or your financing lender.
How do I change my payment method?
If you need to update your payment method after placing your order, you can reach out to our Support Team to cancel the order and coordinate a deposit refund. You can then resubmit a new order with your preferred payment method. The amount you pay at signing to finalize a lease contract and drive the car off the lot. It usually includes the first month’s lease payment, capitalized cost reduction, documentation fees charged by the dealer, an acquisition fee charged by the leasing company, {{rdglobal.dealerText.sales_tax}} and various state registration fees.
The predicted wholesale value of your car at the end of the lease. Residual Value is often expressed as a percentage of the vehicle’s MSRP and is always non-negotiable.

Non-negotiable fee, charged by the lease company or bank, for processing a lease.
A standard, non-negotiable fee communicated at lease inception and collected when the vehicle is returned. The fee, which can range from $300 to $600 depending on the manufacturer, is used to cover expenses associated with reselling the vehicle, including reconditioning and auction fees. If you purchase the vehicle at lease end, you will typically not be charged the fee although you may be charged a comparable purchase option fee. Most manufacturers will waive the lease disposition fee if you lease or purchase a new vehicle from the same brand at the end of the lease term.
At the end of a lease term, the lessee has the option to purchase the vehicle at the pre-determined residual value of the vehicle plus, typically, an additional $300 to $600 fee called the Purchase Option Fee.
The maximum number of miles a lease vehicle can be driven per year without incurring a penalty. You can usually pay for additional miles at the start of a lease for significantly less than the penalty you would incur for the same miles at the end of the lease.
